Return and Refund Policy
Once a ticket has been issued, refunds will only be issued in the event of a duplicate or an error in processing.
Terms and Conditions
- Only 1,000 tickets will be sold.
- Numbered tokens will be placed in the drum representing the number of each ticket sold.
- Draws will take place on the second Tuesday of each month during the regular lunch meeting of the Rotary Club of Halifax Northwest.
- One early bird cash prize of $2,500 will be drawn on April 1st, 2025.
- In addition to the monthly trip, four (4) consolation prizes of $100 cash will be drawn each month; five (5) prizes in total drawn for each month. All winners will be notified after each monthly draw. The trip winner may choose a) to take the trip as described, b) take a travel voucher valued the same as the trip or c) take a cash equivalent of 85% of the stated value of the trip.
- After each monthly draw, all ticket tokens will be returned to the drum to be eligible for the remaining monthly draws.
- A complete list of winners will be placed upon the club website at www.rotaryadventureclub.ca.
- All winner's trips will be arranged through CWT Harvey's Travel and may be subject to certain restrictions, booking requirements and availability at time of booking.
- The winner has 90 days to claim the prize. If, after 90 days, the prize is unclaimed, a new draw must take place.
- Pricing changes or fluctuations, marketing conditions and/or alternative travel dates may alter the value of the particular trip. Should a specific vacation be unavailable at the stated value for the selected travel dates by the winner, the winner may choose to cover the additional cost or substitute another trip of the same value. Travel vouchers will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
- Items of a personal nature, such as travel insurance, are not included with each trip, however CWT Harvey's Travel strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance for your peace of mind.
